school recycling

I am a caretaker at a school in Kirklees, My school has just got some new tables and the old ones were to be thrown away, however I placed an advert on freecycle and the tables were snapped up in no time, where did they go? They went to an out of school club and a schools art room.
With that in mind I decided to start a NON PROFIT MAKING website where the schools can list unwanted items, and for schools looking for items can go to. I hope the site will grow and help the council meet its recycling targets, the aim of the site is to encourage the recycling of all the unwanted items and not to fill the land fill sites with stuff that can be used else where......

So don't throw it, recycle it..
